Employability and Training

This strand of MEHRP works with minority ethnic communities within Renfrewshire and Glasgow, creating pathways to employment, volunteering, modern apprenticeship and work placements.

We work in partnership with employers, job centres, and Skills Development Scotland to build capacity and increase confidence through the following services:

• One to one support
• Workshops
• Further education placements

Over the last year, we have supported services users in gaining SQA Employability and Duke of Edinburgh Awards
